Steven Seeler

Steve has built a career defined by innovation and dedication, Steve has earned widespread recognition, including the prestigious NACD Chemical Distributor of the Year Award. A trusted voice in the industry, Steve has testified before Congress on critical rail issues and serves on the boards of the Chemical Industry Council of Illinois (CICI) and the Alliance of Chemical Distribution (ACD). Steve was featured in a Fox News interview, where he emphasized the importance of logistics in maintaining supply chain stability during unprecedented challenges. Respected for his leadership and vision, Steve continues to advance growth, safety, and collaboration across the chemical and logistics industries.

Glenn Gibisch

Over 50 years of Chemical Plant operating experience relating to Refining Processes, Chemical Handling, Bulk Liquid Storage and Packaged Warehousing. Began employment with Seeler Industries in June of 1999 as the VP of Operations. Coordinated design and installation of aboveground tanks and related piping systems to handle various chemicals, including Hydrogen Peroxide, Acetic Acid, Caustic, etc. Glenn was promoted to the position of President in 2012.

Joe Norris

Joe oversees the organization’s financial strategy, planning, and fiscal operations. His role is pivotal in ensuring the company’s financial health and alignment with long-term business objectives. Joe joined Seeler Industries in January 2001 as an Accounting Manager. Over the past two decades, he has consistently demonstrated a strong track record in driving profitability, optimizing cost structures, and enhancing cash flow. He has also led key initiatives in company restructuring, acquisitions, and growth strategies, contributing significantly to the company’s success. In recognition of his impactful contributions, Joe was promoted to Chief Financial Officer in June 2022. His extensive experience, strategic mindset, and leadership have been instrumental in shaping the financial future of Seeler Industries. Joe holds an MBA from Lewis University (2003) and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Illinois State University (1993).

Joe McCue

Joe has extensive expertise in sales and account management, with over a decade of experience in the chemical and industrial industries. After joining Seeler Industries in April 2021 as Sales Manager, Joe was promoted to Vice President of Sales in May 2023 – Overseeing strategic sales initiatives, managing client relationships, and driving growth for the company.

Andrew Kwak

Results focused strategic engineer with an emphasis on process safety and formulation. 2 years of experience with chemical handling and operations. Strong understanding of Peracetic Acid (PAA). Familiar with regulatory agencies and required reporting. Contributes to design and implementation of new products/processes.

Jill Reese

Jill has been with Seeler Industries for over 25
years. She has impacted the business through various roles, including
customer service, production planning, purchasing, and operations. Jill
was promoted to the position of Terminal Manager in 2019. Her
substantial knowledge in safety, quality, and customer needs has helped
maintain effective operations and promotes growth for the future of Seeler.

Jordan Szynal

Jordan plays a pivotal role in overseeing and enhancing the company’s commitment to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. With extensive experience of ISO requirements, Jordan has been instrumental in revamping the company’s Quality Management System to meet the rigorous standards of ISO 9001:2015 and has assisted the site in obtaining the ISO 22000:2018 certification for the transloading process. Jordan is PCQI certified and leads the Food Safety, Quality, and Safety teams, ensuring that all current and new processes and practices align with both internal goals and external standards. Jordan’s leadership and expertise not only drive compliance with industry standards but also foster a culture of continuous improvement, positioning the company for long-term success in delivering high-quality, safe products that exceed customer expectations.

Frank Manks

Frank is Green Belt certified in Lean Six Sigma and more than thirty years in purchasing and supply chain management. Began employment with Seeler Industries in 2021 as the Supply Chain Specialist. Frank was promoted to the position of Purchasing Manager in 2023.

Customer Service Team

At Seeler Industries, our customer service team is the cornerstone of our success. With a combined experience of over 40 years, Lisa Calderon (Customer Service Supervisor – Seeler Distribution), Denise Hodges (Customer Service – Seeler Distribution), Jen Stratton (Customer Service – 3 Rivers Terminal), and Alicia Zadorozny (Customer Service – 3 Rivers Terminal) bring dedication, expertise, and a passion for exceeding customer expectations. Their commitment to providing exceptional service drives our company’s mission to deliver reliable and innovative solutions.
